Using the service
Maximailist provides tools for real-estate email campaigns, listing emails, contacts, signup forms, automations, analytics, templates, and compliance workflows.
You are responsible for your account activity, the accuracy of your content, the contacts you upload, and your compliance with laws that apply to your sending.
Email compliance
You may use Maximailist only to send email to recipients where you have the right consent or another lawful basis to contact them.
- You must not send spam or unsolicited bulk email.
- You must not use purchased, rented, scraped, harvested, public-record, or third-party lists unless every recipient has directly consented to receive email from you.
- You must include accurate sender identity, business contact information, and any legally required mailing address.
- You must not remove or bypass unsubscribe, preference, suppression, bounce, or complaint controls.
- You must honor unsubscribe requests and respect suppression lists before sending.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Maximailist for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, harmful, or high-risk sending. Prohibited activity includes phishing, malware, impersonation, misleading subject lines, deceptive sender identity, harassment, and sending content that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
Sender identities and deliverability
You must only use sender names, domains, and email addresses that you are authorized to use. Maximailist may require domain or email verification before allowing sends.
We may pause or restrict sending if an account creates elevated bounce rates, complaint rates, abuse reports, policy violations, or deliverability risk.
Billing and availability
Paid features, limits, and usage may depend on your plan. We may update plans, features, or limits over time. The service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, provider outages, or events outside our control.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of Maximailist after an update means you accept the updated terms.
